Presented in partnership with Adobe, this panel explores the making of Sundance documentary Misery Loves Comedy. DP Adam McDaid and Academy Award-winning visual effects supervisor Rob Legato – who served as a consulting editor for this film – take us behind the scenes for an illuminating conversation about the workflow of Canon’s Cinema EOS C300 with Adobe Premiere Pro CC.

Canon hosts a screening of Bending the Light*, a documentary celebrating the craft of photography from celebrated director Michael Apted. A lively Q&A will follow the screening with featured cinematographer Stephen Goldblatt, ASC, BSC, spotlighting his creative process, the craft of cinematography, and the Canon Cinema EOS lenses and cameras that help bring his stories to life.

Canon Closing Cocktail Party
Festival attendees are invited back to 427 Main Street following the Bending the Lightscreening and Q&A to celebrate the wrap of the Canon Creative Studio.
