Luxury private developer Château Group and Fendi, the Italian luxury house, celebrated the opening of the Fendi Château Residences sales gallery on December 2, 2014. The event featured special presentations by Pietro Beccari, chairman and CEO of Fendi and Manuel Grosskopf, president of Château Group.
Fendi Château Residences is an exclusive 12-story waterfront condominium building in Miami, Florida two blocks south of The Bal Harbour Shops, and is Fendi's first branded real estate project globally. The Fendi Château Residences sales gallery is located at 9380 Collins Avenue, with sales and marketing by Venegas International Group.
Slated to be completed in June 2016, Fendi Château Residences feature 58 exclusive floor-thru oceanfront residences and penthouses ranging in size from 3,300 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet, with prices from $5 million to $22 million.
Fendi has officially teamed up with Chateau Group to unveil its first ever real estate endeavor: Fendi Château Residences, a 12-story waterfront condominium building that is striving to redefine class in Miami.
“It fully expresses the codes, history and savoir-faire that characterize Fendi; a perfect example of cutting-edge design, experimentation and timeless expertise,” Pietro Beccari, chairman and CEO of Fendi, says in a statement.
The building’s innovative design is “characterized by an innovative undulated architecture that echoes the waves,” Manuel Grosskopf, president of partnering developer Château Group, says in a statement.
The best part of this luxury beach castle is that residents will have access to the building’s common areas, which include a private cinema, oceanfront fitness center, ballroom, and relaxation center complete with aromatherapy.
The intense, sleek design will feature a cornucopia of style including streaked woods, smoky glass complete with bronzed reflections. The immense rooms will have 10-foot ceilings and a breathtaking views from their glass-railed terraces. Each residence will also include a huge chef’s kitchen with custom Fendi Casa cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances. Other exotic building privileges include a private restauran, access to a 24-hour multilingual concierge staff, a proffessional doorman, and valet. The property residents will also have access to multiple beachfront pools with cabanas as well as reflective ponds and relaxing spas.
