The Omnivore food festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary in Paris in March, showcasing culinary innovators from around the world.

Traditionally featuring three stages: Savory, Sweet and Artisan. This year’s event will include two more, Street Food and Cocktails, as well as pop-up dinners throughout the festival.
The festival has been held in a number of cities, including Sydney, Istanbul and Shanghai, and the crowd has changed over the years.
“The industry professionals always make up about 80 percent of attendees,” the festival’s founder, Luc Dubanchet, wrote in an email. “But little by little, in the last three to four years, the festival has opened to what we call ‘foodies,’ young people who blog, cook at home, communicate on social media; passionate people who find Omnivore to be their playing field and a space for a unique exchange.”
This year’s festival is expected to draw 14,000 attendees and will feature 100 chefs from 12 countries (including the notable Parisian chefs Grégory Marchand, Thierry Marx and Jean-François Piège), pastry chefs, bartenders and artisans.
The Omnivore World Tour is the world's largest food festival involving international chefs and resident leaders to "Share kitchens, interview techniques, comparing cultures & create movement to better imagine the future." as described by Luke Dubanchet.
In its always innovative approach Omnivore promotes development by creating the Omnivore Food Festival in 2006, the first culinary festival "100% Jeune Cuisine" in Le Havre and Deauville and quickly was held internationally in New York and Moscow. In 2012, following its merger with the GL Events, a leading European fairs and events company, together they launched Omnivore's Omnivore World Tour. In 2012 and 2013, Omnivore set up shop in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Geneva, Brussels, Moscow, New York, San Francisco, Montreal, Sydney, Shanghai and Istanbul, bringing together nearly 50,000 festivals on four continents.
