EYES IN Magazine Editor-in-Chief Vivian Van Dijk attends the Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture. She attended the Dice Kayek collection show and backstage with friend and Art Director Loui Ferry, recently returned from hosting the Ted Baker Show. Vivian says, "If Haute Couture could be a flower collection, then for sure the Dice Kayek house has created one. The short 'dressed skirts' with matching 'dressed tops' and the coats literally have blossomed under Kayek's designers' hands and eyes.
"The exquisite high-quality fabrics the sister designers have used are testimonials of their refined taste for design and talent for elevating fashion design into a form of sculpting art, where the woman who wears Dice Kayek designs is automatically part of an avant-garde fashion statement that goes much further than fashion design and touches esthetics much bigger than just beauty. Ece & Ayse Ege have created a phenomenal collection for Dice Kayek AW 2014/15."

Dice Kayek founders, sisters Ece & Ayse Ege, were born in Bursa, at the heart of the first Ottoman capital brimming with prosperity & history. The sisters have always valued their Ottoman and Turkish heritage and display their cultural influences in their post-romantic, feminine designs. In Paris in 1992, after finishing her studies in fashion design at Esmod, Ece launched her fashion brand Dice Kayek line, and her sister Ayse has handled the management of the brand since. Their fashion house has been a member of the French Federation of Couture since 1994.
Ece Ege defines her style, as "Modern Romantic." It is feminine and free-minded with just a little bit of eccentricity. The details of couture & work of art are perfectly accomplished codes of the label.
Since its foundation, Dice Kayek has taken its collections to five continents and more then thirty-five countries. All pieces come with the label 'Made in Turkey.' Today with their Pink Label (diffusion line), Black Label (luxury line) and Gold Label (made-to-measure couture), Dice Kayek is a leading example of Turkish textile skill.
