    This category accepts entries for innovative architectural projects, products (such as books and DVD's about architecture), and services (such as schools for Architectural Studies and museum exhibitions) from all over the world.

    Name: Must be the name of the Architect.

    Title: Can be the name of the firm or project.
    Statement: Description of project, entry, or firm.
    Web Link: Link to firm website (optional).

    Architecture guidelines: you must be the Architect or an official authorized representative of the firm/company.

    Eyes in Art:

    This category accepts innovative, high-quality art (paintings, sculptures, murals, hand made items, glass) and art services (such as art events, art fairs, schools for art and art museums) from all over the world.

    Name: Must be the name of the Artist.
    Email: Must be Artist's email. (kept private)
    Phone: Must be Artist's phone number. (kept private)
    Title: Must be the name of the artwork.
    Statement: Artist statement, bio, art medium, size, and details.

    This category is for any Artist who is, or wants to be, a top designer in his/her own creative profession from any discipline, anywhere in the world.

    Title: Must be the Artist's discipline/medium.
    Statement: Artist's statement or biography.

    This category accepts innovative and eye-catching beauty projects, products, services, events, research, creams, make-up, beauty enhancing treatments, beauty consultancy, make-overs, beauty fairs and spas from all over the world.

    Name: Must be the name of the Creator or official contact.

    Title: Must be the Beauty item name.
    Statement: Creator/company statement or description of item.

    This category accepts high-quality, innovative culinary chefs, culinary projects/products or recipes, culinary services (schools for culinary studies, exhibitions/tasting venues) or restaurants from all over the world.

    Name: Must be the name of the Chef or Restaurant owner.

    Title: Must be the Chef's product or Restaurant name.
    Statement: Description of Restaurant, recipe, chef or owners bio.

    This category accepts innovative and eye-catching cultural projects (developments, city branding), products (cultural books or DVD's), and services (cultural fairs, events, exhibitions, attractions) from all over the world.

    Title: Must be the project name.
    Statement: Description of project, and name of location city.

    Eyes in Design:

    This category accepts innovative design projects (schools or courses for Design Studies, design museum exhibitions, etc.), and products (such as logos, websites, print materials, brochures and billboards) from all over the world.

    Name: Must be the name of Designer or Firm/Agency owner.
    Email: Must be email for the NAME field. (kept private)
    Phone: Must be phone number for the NAME field. (kept private)
    Title: Must be the product name.
    Statement: Description of product, type and medium.

    Eyes in Fashion:

    This category accepts innovative fashion design and fashion projects, runway events, products (designer clothing, bags, hats, and shoes) or services (schools or courses for fashion studies, museum exhibitions, etc.) from all over the world.

    Name: Must be the name of the Designer.
    Email: Must be email for the NAME field. (kept private)
    Phone: Must be phone number for the NAME field. (kept private)
    Title: Must be the product or event name.
    Statement: Description of product/event, cost and type.
    Web Link: Link to Designer or Firm's website (optional).

    Fashion guidelines: you must be the Designer or the Firm owner with permission to release informaiton about the event or product.

    Eyes in Film:

    This category accepts interesting documentaries and films, they can be finished and need promotion or are still in the making and need funding and/or promotion, short files, viral videos, and commercial projects from all over the world.

    Name: Must be the name of the Director.
    Email: Must be email for the Director. (kept private)
    Phone: Must be phone number for the Director. (kept private)
    Title: Must be the Film's title.
    Statement: Description of film or commercial product.
    Web Link: Link to Director or Firm's website (optional).
    Media Link: Link to a video on YouTube (REQUIRED).
    Photo: Must be the Director's headshot or DVD cover/logo.
    Film guidelines: you must be the Director of the film and own rights to the video on YouTube, the video must be set to public to be embedded.

    Eyes in Health:

    This category accepts innovative and eye-catching health projects (innovative health research, awareness campaigns, events), products (new medicine), & services (innovative doctors, health consultancy) from all over the world.

    Name: Must be the name of the Creator or official contact.
    Email: Must be email for the NAME field. (kept private)
    Phone: Must be phone number for the NAME field. (kept private)
    Title: Must be the Health item name.
    Statement: Creator/company statement, bio or description of item.

    This category accepts innovative singers, bands, musicians, musicals, plays, dance performances, music products, and services (schools for music, concert info, concert tickets, or music TV programs) from all over the world.

    EYES INTM Corp. is using the like button from Facebook for entry pages, however, use of the like button is not the basis for any prize award in this call for entries (there is no monetary award associated with the call for entries).

    Six (6) Second Place winners:

    Will be selected and featured in the magazine and be given a full interview with questions. The winners will be required to submit additonal information such as high resolution images for the magazine and extended entry information.

    Each second place winner will be selected based on criteria set by EYES IN TM Corp. and is not judged by an independent panel of judges but will be chosen based on a comparison of all entries for their proven value in innovative work based on the opinion of EYES IN TM Corp. and its employees.

    Twelve (12) Monthly Winners:

    One winner every month will be selected and featured on the main website in the selected category at www.eyesin.com. This web post will be featured on various EYES IN TM social media webspaces. The winners will be required to submit additonal information such as additional images for the website and extended entry information.

    Each monthly winner will be selected based on criteria set by EYES IN TM Corp. and is not judged by an independent panel of judges but will be chosen based on a comparison of all entries for their proven value in innovative work based on the opinion of EYES IN TM Corp. and its employees.

    EYES INTM Corp. is using the like button from Facebook for entry pages, however, use of the like button is not the basis for any prize award in this call for entries (there is no monetary award associated with the call for entries).

    Every Entry:

    Every entry who qualifys will instantly be posted on the entries website at http://www.eyesin.com/_2011_contest/entry/ after the entry is complete. These web posts may be chosen and featured on other EYES INTM social media webspaces.

    Each entry must conform to our policy and submission guidelines.

    Terms of use:

    EYES INTM Corp. reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason. Entries with unacceptable profanity, extreme nudity (which we reserve the right to judge if not for artistic purposes), pornography, alchohol, drugs, hate groups, or other content we may deem inappropriate will automatically be disqualified. In the case we disqualify you your entry fee may be returned (minus the paypal fee of 0.30cents + 0.5%), however, EYES INTM reservs the right not to refund.

    Your chances of winning are increased by the number of entries you make as you have the option for unlimited entries in any category provided each entry is different. If EYES INTM Corp. chooses to have a Facebook based voting system there may be additonal winners.

    All content in any entry remains property of the respective owner and EYES INTM is granted the right to publish, feature, drop, alter, or redistribute the entry as long as the Copyright to the owner remains intact.
