ADRIENNE VITTADINI CELEBRATES MODERN MUSES AT MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK
Adrienne Vittadini, the iconic American sportswear label that modernized American women's attitudes about dressing throughout the late 80s and early 90s, will present Modern Muses. The show will spotlight some of the most recognized faces in fashion: Carol Alt, Roshumba, Pat Cleveland, Irina Pantaeva, Carmen Dell'Orefice, and Frederique van der Wal. The salon presentation will take place at The Box at Lincoln Center on Wednesday, February 16th.
Mary Gleason, Adrienne Vittadini Brand President, explains, “Women are seeking accessible luxury in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. We feel our customer is ageless, beautiful, and should be celebrated. So, we looked to our favorite muses who embody stunning style – I couldn't have dreamed of a more dynamic and gorgeous group.” The Adrienne Vittadini show will bring together these renowned personalities at a time of renewed interest in beauty and talent that transcends time. Each woman epitomizes a distinct personal style and influential career. In 2010, Carol Alt, one of the top five models of all time and author of four books, launched her skincare line, Raw Essentials. This month marked the opening of a tribute to the Models of Versailles at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, featuring Pat Cleveland modeling in Paris. Carmen Dell'Orefice continues to inspire women everywhere, and models internationally.
