Happily Moved Changes Local Real Estate Websites
USA- Spring Hill, TN | Dec 23 2011 | (03:00:35 - EST)
HappilyMoved.com, a unique, new type of real estate website, today announces the launch of an expanded informational blog dedicated to helping home buyers make the best decision possible in their search for a new home. The locally owned and operated website has let down the drawbridge to online resources that were previously only found in the MLS and the minds of experienced Realtors.
"Of course, our site is a local, Spring Hill, TN real estate site with typical features like an MLS search and info about our company, but as opposed to other real estate sites, we have so much more,' stated Erik Pearson, real estate agent and founder of Happilymoved.com. 'In the Internet Age, it's odd how most agents just throw up a couple page website with no real information."
According to Pearson, "consumers increasingly expect to find accurate and complete information online; in fact, and I'm sure most agents can attest, most of my interaction with clients is through email, texting, Facebook, and my website. As time goes on, clients won't guess how knowledgeable we are based on a fancy company name, us bragging about ourselves, or a shiny business card; they'll judge us by our actual knowledge and insight shared through our websites."
When asked about his obvious passion, Pearson said, "Our focus will always be serving Spring Hill, TN home buyers, but I do hope that this site will have a bigger impact. To a great degree, large, out-of-state websites have become middlemen in the real estate process. For example, if you go to one of the national real estate sites and enter your information, a local agent is having to pay to get in contact with you. This is backwards: the internet is supposed to be making business more local and bring providers and consumers closer together, not further apart. The key for local real estate agents to regain control is better information. On HappilyMoved.com, I give the inside scoop on specific neighborhoods (even specific streets – for example, some of the lots on the west side of Cochran Trace Dr are in a flood plain), out-of-state corporations have no chance of matching the knowledge and insight of local agents."
